7.5" Charter - European Oak - Hardwood Flooring

$4.69 / SQFT

Product Description

The real Charter Oak is a true legend in its own right. In honor of a tree that played a key role in Connecticut's history, our Charter Oak flooring creates a rustic and weathered elegance that will never go out of style. Its dark brown color and wire brush finish add distinction without overpowering a space, and enhances the natural wood grain of the 2 mm white oak veneer.

Did you know? Legend has it that the Charter Oak received its name in 1687 when Edmund Andros, governor of New York, demanded Connecticut give up the Connecticut Charter of 1662 and submit to his authority. Instead of turning it over, the charter was thought to have been hidden in a cavity of the large oak tree.

Great Quality for the Price May 18, 2016

I own a few rental units, and I wanted to replace my old parquet floors for a more modern wood flooring. After seeing a few samples and a sample box, I knew that the Charter white oak was the one for me!

This floor looks beautiful installed, and really helped increase the value of my rentals. The first thing they mention is how beautiful the floors are. Will definitely buy again.
